Your Fortitude Coach will create a results-focused action plan that will enable positive, healthy, professional relationships that exceed expectations.
Career transition
We provide tools, perspectives, maps, exercises, and general assistance that will make your career transition much smoother and garner better results.
Our One-on-One Coaching is customized and specifically aimed to support our client’s needs through career development and life transitions. Coaching starts with a discovery session, during which, you and your coach design a customized program to support you through the transition process. The coaching relationship lasts as long as you want it to, but we ask that you plan for at least a 3-month commitment in order to make sufficient progress.
Career management
Through our coaching services we help our clients implement career plans that meet their aspirations. Your coach will work with you to find new perspectives, so you can push past your perceived limits and reach new goals. You’ll cultivate the skills you need to maximize your talents, identify opportunities, find creative solutions, handle important relationships, and generate greater impact.
One-on-One Coaching includes:

· Personal Assessment Profile
Must Include: Administrative Set-up Fee of $100.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are not able to attend your training event you must notify the Cynosure Power of Fortitude Training Manager FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR to the first day of the training event. Cancellations must be received in writing or through the link provided in your confirmation email. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $150 administrative fee. This fee can be waived by sending a substitute with written notice to the Cynosure Power of Fortitude Training Manager. WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS of the training, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $250 administrative fee. Please allow up to one week to process any refunds. If you do not cancel and do not attend, your registration fee will be forfeited to Cynosure Power of Fortitude.
